Any extra funds gained will go to extra play equipment for the children, to enjoy and enhance their break and lunch times.

Beehive Project Fundraising

This year we are celebrating Mother's Day with a prize draw to raise much needed funds towards our exciting beehive project. We have been kindly donated bee hives by the Fleet & District Bee Keepers Association.

In 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions we were only able to organise the Christmas card fundraiser. This year we are determined to raise the extra funds to start our bee keeping journey.

Keeping bees will enable the children currently aged between age 4 to 7 years old to get 'hands on' education about where honey comes from and also learn how important bees are for the environment and the circle of life.

Our aim is to sell the honey and all the profit will go back to the upkeep of the bees. It might also inspire some of our children to become future bee keepers themselves!

The items that we require are:

Bee Keeper Suit Children £60 x 6 = £360

Adult Suit £100 x 3 = £300

Adult Bee Keeper Course = £150 x 3 = £450

Set up Equipment = £650

Total £1760

Miss Tancock, Mrs Gholizadeh and Mrs Broughton will be training to become bee keepers. This will also register us with the National Bee Keeping Association, alongside Fleet & District Bee Keepers who are supporting us.

Prize Draw

To help us on our way to reaching our target one of our very talented parents has kindly donated these three beautiful hand painted pictures to offer as individual prizes.

Please donate to the school prize draw and you could win one of these pictures which would make a lovely gift for a loved one or look wonderful in your home.

Every ticket helps so please give generously.
