New stretch target
This is the full budget to purchase all the netbooks required.
To raise money for a class set of netbooks so all the pupils at SLS can use technology with confidence in the future.

This is the full budget to purchase all the netbooks required.
It’s the last few days of 2020, which also means our ‘Help! Netbooks needed!’ 2020 appeal is almost over too...and yet we are just under £150 away from our target.
Why are we raising money for a class set of Netbooks again?
St Luke's was the first Church of England free school in the country. It's a half form entry school with a total of 105 pupils from reception to year 6. Due to the small number of pupils St Luke’s receives one of the smallest budgets in London to provide the same educational experiences that all children deserve.
At the PFA we aim to support the school in that by providing the ‘extras’ which the budget cannot meet. Already this year we have been able to pay for the Christmas tree, crackers and decorations which the children enjoyed so much at the end of term, we paid for the Leavers’ books for Year 6, as they quietly finished their time at the school during a global pandemic. None of this is possible without your support.
So each child has the opportunity to do their own work at a computer, at their own pace, the school has asked us to raise money for a class set of Netbooks, which can be moved between classes, allowing access for all.
How can you raise money?
It’s not too late to do a sponsored readathon...you/your child could ask family/friends to sponsor you £1 for every book you read before the new year.
You could do a family sponsored run...around Golders Hill Park? Did you know there’s even an orienteering map you could use?

You could ask your child to tidy their bedroom and offer to pay an agreed amount, towards the appeal, as a thank you.
There are still some ‘We ???? SLS’ bags available too.
Please consider, as a family, how you help towards this good cause.
Thank you!
This project offers rewards in return for your donation.
